UBN Internet Ltda.: it is currently not in operation.
UOL E-Corp: focuses on negotiating agreements relating to global sales of advertising both in Spanish-speaking countries and in Brazil, primarily focused on companies with headquarters in member countries of NAFTA (United States, Canada and Mexico) and which have effects in the countries of operation of UOL E-Corp.
UOL Argentina Holdings S.A.: it is UOL Sinectis S.A.’s controlling company, provider of broadband and dial-up access services for domestic users and small and medium companies.
Net+Phone Telecomunicações Ltda.: company incorporated in June of 2004 with the main purpose of providing voice over IP services (VoIP), pursuant to the benefits policy of adding value to subscriptions.
Nuggent Hall Ltd.: it is currently not in operation.
Zip.Sports Ltda.: company’s purpose is to update an Internet portal dedicated to sport news.
Wieman: this company resulted from UOL’s corporate reorganization involving UOL Colombia’s local partner. It is currently dormant.
